• Account data: your email address and basic profile details if you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Subscription data: your plan, status and renewal date — needed to give you access.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see your card details.
• Basic technical data: standard logs (IP, browser type) used for security and to keep the site running.

3. Why we use it

To run your account, deliver the content you've subscribed to, process payments, send essential service emails (password resets, receipts), and meet our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to operate: our hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU/Ireland-based service, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us at sarah.thefoolsway@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Retention

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. If you cancel, we delete your account on request, keeping only what we are legally required to (e.g. invoice records).

Nature & Magic is not intended for anyone under 16.
