1. Welcome

By creating an account or subscribing to Nature & Magic, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Not medical advice

Nature & Magic shares folk remedies, rituals and seasonal practices for general well-being and inspiration. Nothing here is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns. Do not use any herb or preparation if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have allergies, without first checking with a doctor.

3. Membership & billing

• Seedling: $7 / month. Rooted: $17 / month.
• New members get a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel any time from your account.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Refunds

We don't issue refunds for partial months. If something has gone wrong, write to us — we'll make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Don't share your login, copy paid content publicly, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that misuse Nature & Magic.

6. Content ownership

All written content, recipes and imagery belong to Nature & Magic. You may use them privately for your own practice; please do not republish without permission.

7. Liability

Nature & Magic is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the content or service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
